Service Level Agreements
Benefits
A Service Level Agreement defines the response times and services
that can be tailored for the specific requirement. Underpinned by
our integrated best of breed field staff management application, our
service response and quality in project delivery and support is one
of our top priorities.
Options
A variety of options are available in our Bronze, Silver and Gold
status SLA’s, and is priced to combine piece of mind for the highest
uptime and lowest cost. Maintenance contracts are also offered,
which includes fixed fee maintenance of equipment, typically over
longer periods of time.
Solutions
Our approach is to understand the business challenges of our
customers to the best of our ability in order to enable our
customers to focus on the more important aspects of running their
business. The SLA’s are designed to achieve this within a framework
of responsibility agreed with the customer. |
